Book the intake call

Nothing yet.

That is the running total on this page, and it is the running total on your account until you have seen your finished website on your own screen.

You are asked for money once. Not to start. Not while it is being built.

One hundred dollars, after you say yes on the second call.

Your shop, online, in three short calls.

Up to five pages. Your photos, your colours, your words, your prices. Built for small businesses across Georgia.

The site is finished and in front of you before the question of money comes up at all.

Then it is yours. No monthly fee, no logins held back, no one to ask.

What you have been asked to do before

What happens here

  • Put money down to get started.
InsteadNothing is due to start. The first call costs fifteen to twenty minutes.
  • See the design after the money has moved.
InsteadThe demo is built first. You look at your actual site, then decide.
  • Pay every month for as long as the site exists.
InsteadOne hundred dollars, one time. There is no monthly fee to Round Table Strategy.
  • Ask someone else for the keys when you want a change.
InsteadOn final payment you own the delivered files, the domain and the hosting account. Round Table Strategy keeps no rights and no access after handoff.
  • Take a template that ten other businesses are already using.
InsteadYour photos, your colours pulled from your own logo, your real story in the About page.
  • Explain what you want to somebody who will pass it along.
InsteadThe person on the call is the person who builds it. Every call is recorded, so what was agreed stays agreed.

The seam above still reads zero. It will keep reading zero for the next two screens.

The whole ledger

Call one, intake0.00
Call two, demo review0.00
Call three, walkthrough0.00
Total, Starter Site100.00

Charged once, after call two, and only if you said yes on it.

Scope and price are confirmed out loud on call one, on the recording, before anything is built.

Three calls, fifteen to twenty minutes each

Call one, intake

What is expected of you.

We talk through what you need, confirm the scope and the price, and work out what content you already have. Photos on your phone are fine. That is the entire homework.

Call two, demo review

How you know it happened.

Your site is built and on the screen in front of you. You say what to adjust. One revision round is included, and you pay after you say yes. If you do not say yes, you walk, and it has cost you two short calls.

Call three, walkthrough

How long it takes.

Three calls, and the site is live on your own hosting. We walk it together, hand over the guide that explains how everything works, and you own everything from that moment forward.

Every other number on this page

  • $100 Starter Site. Up to five pages, one revision round, deployed live on your hosting, handoff guide included.
  • $300+ Full Site on WordPress, if you want to edit your own pages. Hosting is about $3 to $5 a month, on your own account.
  • $12 a year, roughly, for a .com address, paid to the registrar. Hosting on Netlify is free. Round Table Strategy does not sell domains or hosting and never touches that billing.
  • $50 a change session after delivery, up to twenty edits sent as one list. $20 an extra page. $50 for a logo. $50 to set up an ordering or booking system, and free to connect one you already use.
  • $500 and up for an online store or a custom build, after a scoping call.

Pricing may vary with scope and is confirmed on the intake call, out loud, before work starts. A blog, an online store, payments and a booking system are not in the Starter Site. No search ranking, traffic or lead is guaranteed. This is a website, not a marketing campaign.

Six shops that do not exist

These six are invented. The work is not.

Each one was built exactly the way your site gets built, in the same time, at the same price. We show made up businesses so that no real client's site becomes our billboard.

[ One sentence from a real RTS Sites client, their name, their business, their city. ]

This space is reserved and it is empty on purpose. A made up business can show you the work. Only a real customer can vouch for it, and there is no real quote to print yet. When there is one, it goes here, with their name on it.

What you pay

  • Watching it get built: 0.00
  • Menu, gallery, hours, contact form: 0.00
  • A finished site on your screen: 0.00
  • You looked at it and said yes: 100.00

That is the only line on the ledger, and it is the last one. The money side of this page has nothing left to do.

Call two. You have seen it. You say yes.

It is yours from that call onward.

On final payment you own the delivered files, the domain and the hosting account. Round Table Strategy keeps no rights and no access after handoff. There is nothing left to cancel, because there was never anything recurring.

Fifteen to twenty minutes. No technical knowledge needed, and nothing to pay to book it.

The term itself, as it is written: upon final payment, the client owns all delivered files, the domain, and the hosting account. RTS Sites retains no rights or access after handoff.

Once the demo build has started there are no refunds, which is a smaller sentence than it looks: payment comes after the demo review call, so the thing you are paying for has already been built, shown to you, and approved by you. Anything that goes wrong goes to support@wsbroundtable.com first, and we make reasonable efforts to sort it out within five business days. Read the full Terms of Service.
