Terms of Service
Effective date: June 9, 2026.
What we deliver
Every project is scoped on a recorded intake call and confirmed on a recorded demo review call. The website we deliver is limited to exactly what was agreed to on those calls. Nothing more, nothing less.
If you want something that was not discussed on those calls, that is a new quote and a new agreement. We will always tell you upfront what is in scope and what is not.
The 3-call process and call recordings
Every RTS Sites project follows a three-call process: an intake call, a demo review call, and a delivery call. Each call is 15 to 20 minutes.
All project calls are recorded. You will be informed at the start of each call before recording begins. These recordings exist to protect both of us. If there is ever a question about what was agreed to, reviewed, or approved, the recordings are the record.
- Call 1 (Intake): We confirm what you need, what tier fits you, what content you are providing, and what the price is.
- Call 2 (Demo Review): We show you the demo. You tell us what to adjust. Payment is collected after this call and before the final build begins.
- Call 3 (Delivery): We walk you through the live site, hand over the guide, and you confirm you are satisfied. At that point the project is complete.
Payment
Payment is collected after the demo review call (Call 2) and before the final build begins. You see the demo first. You only pay when you say yes.
We accept payment via Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, or credit card. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed on your intake call.
Current pricing:
Pricing is subject to change. Final price is confirmed on your intake call. If pricing changes after your intake call but before your demo review call, we will honor the price we quoted you.
No refunds after work begins
Once we have started the demo build, no refunds are issued. You are paying for time and AI-assisted work, not a physical product. The demo-first process exists so you can see what you are getting before you pay.
If you have not seen the demo yet and you need to cancel, contact us at support@wsbroundtable.com and we will work with you. Once payment is collected, all sales are final.
Revisions and post-delivery changes
One revision round is included with every project. During Call 2 (demo review), you give us your feedback. We incorporate it before delivering the final site.
After delivery, any changes are billed at $50 per session. One session covers up to 20 individual edits, submitted together as one consolidated list. All requested changes must be sent at the same time. New requests after a session closes are a new session at $50.
A “change” is a discrete edit: swapping a photo, updating a phone number, rewriting a paragraph, changing a color. Large structural changes (adding a page, redesigning a section) may be quoted separately.
Client-provided content
You are responsible for the accuracy, quality, and completeness of everything you provide to us: photos, logos, text, contact information, and any other content.
RTS Sites is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, blurry photos, or quality issues in materials you provide. We build with what you give us. If the photos are out of focus, the site will use out-of-focus photos. We will flag obvious issues, but we are not responsible for reviewing or correcting your content.
Hosting and domain are your responsibility
RTS Sites builds your website and hands it over to you. We do not sell, manage, or bill for hosting or domain names. Those stay in your name, on your account, forever.
After delivery, you are responsible for keeping your hosting plan active and your domain registration current. If your hosting account lapses, your site goes offline. If your domain registration expires, your web address stops working. RTS Sites is not responsible for downtime, domain expiration, hosting failures, or any issues that arise after the handoff call.
We will recommend hosting and domain options on your intake call. You sign up directly with the provider. We help with the technical setup during the project. After delivery, the account and the site are yours.
No performance guarantees
We build websites. We do not guarantee search engine rankings, Google visibility, website traffic, new customer leads, or any specific business outcome.
A well-built website can help your business, but it is one tool among many. Marketing, advertising, word of mouth, and your own business operations determine your results. Those are outside what we do.
Disputes
If you have a concern or are not satisfied with the delivered work, email us at support@wsbroundtable.com before filing any chargeback or dispute with your bank or payment provider. We will respond within 5 business days and make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
Chargebacks filed without contacting us first are considered a breach of this agreement. We will dispute any chargeback using call recordings, payment records, and project documentation.
Ownership
Upon receipt of final payment, you own everything we delivered: all website files, images, code, and written content we created for your project. RTS Sites retains no rights, access, or claim over any delivered materials after handoff.
Your domain and hosting account are already in your name. After the delivery call, you are fully independent. We do not retain login credentials or any ongoing access to your site.
Limitation of liability
RTS Sites is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website we build for you, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost customers, or business disruption.
In any case, our total liability to you for any claim related to your project is capped at the total amount you paid us for that project. Nothing more.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Changes do not apply retroactively to projects already in progress or completed.
The terms in effect on the date your project begins are the terms that govern your project.
