Maria grew up watching her grandmother bake pandesal before sunrise in Pampanga. When she moved her family to Gwinnett County in 2012, she kept the same 4 AM habit, filling the house with the smell of fresh bread and melted cheese.

Neighbors started knocking. She started selling. Pan de Maria Bakehouse opened its doors in 2018 and has been baking fresh trays every single morning since. Every item follows the same recipes Maria learned as a child. No shortcuts, no freezing the dough, no settling for close enough. You can taste the difference.
