Privacy Policy

This policy covers roundtablestrategy.co, the products built and run on it by Round Table Strategy LLC (also doing business as Round Table LLC), including RTS Sites and Manuscripts by RT Labs. We do not sell your data to anyone, ever.

When you fill out the RTS Sites intake form, we collect what you type into it: your first and last name, phone number and/or email address, a short description of your business, whether you already have a website, your domain and hosting situation, whether you need self-editing, payments, booking, or a blog, your timeline, and any notes you add. That information is sent directly to our CRM at crm.wsbroundtable.com so we can follow up about your project. The form also carries a hidden spam check that is invisible to real visitors and collects nothing about you.

To buy a Manuscript, you check out through Stripe, which collects your payment details and the email address you pay with. Stripe processes that payment; we never see or store your card number.

To generate your report, you send us access to your codebase: a public repo link, a zip file, or a read-only, revocable GitHub token. That code is handled on a private RT Labs workstation, never committed to any repository of ours, and deleted once your report ships, with a confirmation email sent when that deletion happens. A mutual NDA is available on request before you send anything.

Depending on which product you use, these outside services touch your information:

• Stripe: processes Manuscripts payments and checkout email.
• Anthropic (Claude): reads submitted code to write your Manuscript, under Anthropic's commercial data terms, which state Anthropic does not train on business inputs sent through their API.
• Supabase: stores finished Manuscript report PDFs behind private, expiring links.
• Resend: sends delivery and deletion-confirmation emails for Manuscripts.
• Round Table CRM (crm.wsbroundtable.com): stores RTS Sites intake form submissions so we can follow up.

We do not run any analytics or advertising trackers on this site.

Manuscripts report links stay valid for one year, after which we can re-issue them on request. The code you submit for a Manuscript is deleted once your report is delivered. RTS Sites intake submissions are kept in our CRM for as long as we are actively working with you or following up on your project.

We may update this policy as our products change. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page.
